Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including answering phones, and calendar scheduling to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle simple bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online software, including invoicing job tickets, estimating.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations specific to plumbing office management if applicable.
- Communicate with plumbing supply houses to get materials prices, delivery, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management combined with clerical or administrative experience in the plumbing trades.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software and general bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with plumbing-related administrative procedures is a must.
